We review the following categories for all applications:

• Income
• Rental history
• Credit history
• Student status
• Household size
• Additional requirements as needed

DAHC only accepts applications for current vacancies and HUD-subsidized buildings with open waitlists. Please note that vacancies are filled first come, first served.
