Maintenance Service Request

Follow these steps if you have a maintenance service request:

  1. Fill out a maintenance service request form and submit it.
  2. DAHC’s Rental Coordinator may ask follow-up questions to better understand the issue, and will coordinate with our maintenance team or vendor partners to prioritize critical needs as well as estimated timing for the work to be completed.
  3. DAHC’s Maintenance Manager will work with you to identify times to access to your apartment and work to resolve the issue.
