McAdams Haven: Denton Affordable Housing Corporation
Overview
McAdams Haven is Denton Affordable Housing Corporation’s newest Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) development, designed to provide 81 fully furnished one-bedroom apartments for individuals exiting homelessness in Denton County. This transformative project combines affordable housing with comprehensive wraparound services to ensure residents not only have a home, but a path toward stability and independence.
Supportive Services:
In partnership with Denton County MHMR, McAdams Haven will provide onsite supportive services tailored to residents’ needs, including case management, mental health support, and resource coordination.
The development also features 6,700 sq. ft. of community space, including a food pantry, telehealth room, cyber library, and community kitchen.
